Governing Law

Unless a specific transaction, contract, invoice, program, or written agreement expressly provides otherwise, WLPI's European operations and consumer-facing services administered through Ufuq Group Kft shall generally be governed by the laws of Hungary.

Services or contractual relationships specifically entered into through Nexus Prime Group LLC may be subject to the applicable laws of the United States and/or the State of Wyoming where expressly stated in the relevant agreement or transaction.

For consumers located in Hungary, the European Union, European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive the consumer of rights that cannot legally be excluded by contract.

Where mandatory laws or jurisdiction rules apply, those mandatory provisions shall take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

2. Use of WLPI Services

You may access our website and apply for programs, events, services, and participation opportunities subject to these Terms and any additional conditions displayed on the relevant event or service page.

a. Eligibility

By using WLPI services, you confirm that:

Individual events and participation categories may have different age or eligibility requirements.

The eligibility requirements published on the relevant event page shall apply.

Applicants are responsible for checking their own eligibility for passports, visas, travel authorization, and entry into the host country before purchasing services.

WLPI may refuse, suspend, cancel, or terminate an application or registration where false, fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or inconsistent information has been provided.

b. Account Responsibility

Where accounts or login credentials are provided, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activities carried out through their accounts.

You must promptly inform WLPI if you believe your account or personal information has been accessed without authorization.

3. Event & Application Terms

By submitting an application or registration for any WLPI event, program, conference, forum, summit, assembly, exchange, training, or related activity, you agree to the conditions applicable to the category you select.

a. Application Processing Fees

Certain competitive participation categories may require payment of a non-refundable application processing fee at the time of submission.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the application processing fee:

Applications requiring an application processing fee may not be reviewed until the required payment has been successfully received.

Where WLPI begins processing an application immediately following the applicant's request, the applicant expressly requests performance of the administrative service to begin without unnecessary delay.

Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

b. Fully Funded Category

Submitting an application under a Fully Funded category does not guarantee selection.

Fully Funded opportunities are competitive and may be limited in number.

Selection may take into account factors including:

The selection process and final decision remain at WLPI's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Applicants are not automatically entitled to receive detailed explanations regarding selection or rejection decisions.

Selected Fully Funded participants may receive benefits such as:

The exact benefits applicable to each event are only those expressly published on the official WLPI event webpage or confirmed in writing by WLPI.

c. Partially Funded Category

Applicants under a Partially Funded category participate in a competitive selection process unless otherwise specified.

Selection is not guaranteed.

Selected applicants receive only those benefits expressly listed under the Partially Funded category for the applicable event.

Participants may be required to pay a remaining participation contribution or other amount within a specified deadline following selection.

Failure to make a required payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the offer.

d. Official Invitation Letter / Invitation Letter Package

WLPI may offer an Official Invitation Letter or Invitation Letter Package as a separate service or as part of another participation category.

Depending on the applicable event and package, the service may include:

Invitation letters are issued based on the personal and passport information provided by the applicant.

Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate.

An Official Invitation Letter:

Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant governmental, embassy, consular, or immigration authorities.

WLPI has no authority over such decisions.

Once an invitation letter has been prepared, issued, personalized, or delivered, fees paid for that administrative service are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where an Invitation Letter Package requires the applicant to subsequently upgrade to an event participation category following visa approval, the applicant must complete that upgrade within the applicable deadline and subject to availability.

Possession of an invitation letter or visa alone does not create a right to enter a WLPI event where the required participation registration has not been completed.

e. Self-Funded Category

Unless otherwise indicated on the event page, applicants registering under a Self-Funded category may be confirmed upon successful completion of the required registration and payment.

Participation remains subject to:

The benefits provided are limited to the benefits specifically published for the applicable event and category.

Accommodation, meals, transfers, invitation letters, delegate materials, city activities, or other services are included only where expressly stated.

f. Premium Access Pass

Where offered, Premium Access Pass participants may receive enhanced benefits following successful registration and payment.

Benefits may include:

The exact benefits advertised on the applicable event webpage at the time of purchase shall govern the registration.

g. Online Participation

Where WLPI offers online participation:

h. Group Booking

WLPI may offer group booking opportunities for organizations, universities, companies, associations, delegations, families, or other groups.

The minimum number of participants required for a group booking may be specified on the relevant WLPI webpage or offer.

Group bookings may receive:

Group pricing, discounts, payment schedules, deadlines, and included services may differ from standard individual registration prices.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each group member remains subject to these Terms.

i. Category Benefits

Each WLPI participation category has its own benefits.

Applicants and participants are entitled only to the benefits associated with the category successfully purchased, awarded, or confirmed.

Where there is a discrepancy between general promotional material and the relevant official event webpage, checkout page, invoice, or written confirmation from WLPI, the most specific confirmation applicable to the participant's purchase shall prevail.

WLPI may make reasonable operational substitutions to non-essential benefits where necessary, including changes to:

While seeking to preserve the overall nature and value of the relevant participation category, such substitutions remain operational in nature and do not create a new participation category.

4. Payments

WLPI may accept payments through:

Payment methods may vary by country, currency, event, or service.

The amount and currency displayed at checkout or in an official WLPI payment request shall be the amount payable unless otherwise stated.

The applicant is responsible for:

A registration or service may remain pending until WLPI has successfully received and verified the required payment.

WLPI may use third-party payment processors. Such providers operate under their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Withdrawal Rights

Refund eligibility is governed by:

Application Processing Fees

Application processing fees relating to competitive selection processes are generally non-refundable after submission and commencement of processing, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

A rejection, unsuccessful selection result, or failure to receive funding does not by itself create a right to refund an application processing fee.

Invitation Letter Services

Invitation-letter and personalized documentation fees are generally non-refundable once preparation or performance of the service has begun or the document has been issued, except where required by applicable law.

Visa refusal, visa delay, failure to obtain an embassy appointment, or a decision not to travel does not automatically create a right to a refund from WLPI.

Participation Fees

Participation, access-pass, accommodation, and other event-related fees are governed by the Refund Policy and the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Certain event-related services connected to a specific date or period may be subject to special statutory rules concerning cancellation or withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method unless another method is legally required or agreed.

Processing times may depend on banks and payment providers.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe that a payment was incorrect or a service was not properly provided, you are encouraged to contact WLPI at support@wlpi.org so that the matter can be investigated.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any legitimate legal right to dispute a transaction.

However, fraudulent, knowingly false, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

Evidence of applications, service delivery, invitation-letter issuance, website acceptance, correspondence, payment authorization, attendance, or digital delivery may be provided to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with legitimate payment disputes.

7. Visa, Immigration & Travel Disclaimer

WLPI provides administrative visa-support documentation only where included in the relevant service.

WLPI does not provide legal immigration representation unless expressly stated.

WLPI cannot influence or guarantee decisions by:

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all required:

Participants should not make non-refundable travel arrangements solely on the assumption that a visa will be issued.

8. Travel, Accommodation & Participant Responsibility

Unless expressly included in the participant's selected category, participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:

Where WLPI arranges accommodation, transportation, meals, or other services through third parties, those services may also be subject to the supplier's own terms and operational rules.

Participants are responsible for behaving appropriately at hotels, venues, transportation facilities, and other partner premises.

Where legally permitted, WLPI or the relevant supplier may seek reimbursement for documented losses or damage attributable to the participant.

9. Participant Code of Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully, professionally, and lawfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Participants involved in illegal conduct are personally responsible for dealing with the relevant law-enforcement or governmental authorities.

WLPI may remove, suspend, or exclude a participant where necessary to protect attendees, staff, partners, property, or the integrity of the event.

Serious misconduct may result in removal without refund where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents any person from making lawful complaints, providing honest reviews, reporting misconduct, or exercising rights provided by law.

10. WLPI Referral & Affiliate Program

WLPI may operate a referral, ambassador, partner, promoter, or affiliate program that allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to receive commissions for eligible purchases generated through their unique referral link, code, or other approved tracking method.

Participation in the Referral/Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of this section in addition to the remainder of these Terms.

a. Affiliate Eligibility

WLPI may approve or reject applications to the Referral/Affiliate Program at its discretion.

Participation does not create an:

Affiliates act as independent participants and are responsible for their own activities and applicable tax obligations.

b. Affiliate Commission

Unless another rate is expressly agreed in writing, the standard WLPI affiliate commission is:

5% of each eligible purchase successfully attributed to the Affiliate.

Commission is calculated only on eligible amounts actually paid to and retained by WLPI.

Transactions that are:

are not eligible for commission.

Where a commission has already been credited for a transaction that later becomes invalid, WLPI may deduct or reverse that commission from the Affiliate's balance or future payout.

c. Referral Attribution

A referral must be properly tracked through the Affiliate's unique WLPI referral link, code, or other officially approved tracking method.

WLPI's internal tracking records will be used to determine attribution unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

WLPI is not responsible for unsuccessful tracking caused by circumstances including:

Manual commissions are not guaranteed where a referral was not properly tracked.

d. Minimum Payout Threshold

Affiliate commissions become payable once the Affiliate's approved commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold communicated by WLPI or displayed in the Affiliate Program interface, dashboard, or program information.

WLPI may establish different payout thresholds or schedules depending on:

Amounts below the applicable payout threshold may remain in the Affiliate's account and carry forward until the threshold is reached.

e. Validation Before Payout

Commissions may remain pending while WLPI verifies:

Only approved commissions are eligible for payout.

f. Paid Marketing and Duplicate Compensation

An Affiliate may not claim affiliate commission for the same marketing activity for which WLPI, Ufuq Group Kft, a WLPI event, or an authorized WLPI partner has already separately paid or contracted the Affiliate to perform, unless WLPI expressly authorizes such additional affiliate compensation in writing.

For example, if WLPI pays an individual, agency, influencer, media page, promoter, or contractor to advertise an event through a particular:

that person may not additionally insert or use their personal affiliate link in that same paid placement, campaign, page, or marketing activity in order to receive an additional referral commission unless WLPI has approved this arrangement in writing.

Such transactions may be classified as duplicate compensation or invalid referrals.

WLPI may:

This rule is intended to prevent the same marketing activity from being compensated twice.

g. Prohibited Affiliate Activities

Affiliates must not:

h. Advertising Using WLPI Name

Unless expressly authorized by WLPI, Affiliates may not create paid advertisements that falsely imply that the advertisement is operated directly by WLPI.

WLPI may impose restrictions on bidding for:

through paid search advertising.

Affiliates must clearly identify promotional or affiliate relationships where disclosure is required by applicable advertising, consumer-protection, or platform rules.

i. Affiliate Content

Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish.

Affiliate marketing materials must accurately describe WLPI programs and must not contradict information on the official WLPI website.

Where WLPI provides approved promotional materials, Affiliates should use the most current version.

WLPI may request correction or removal of inaccurate, outdated, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized marketing material.

j. Affiliate Payout Information

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

WLPI will not be responsible for payments sent to incorrect details supplied by an Affiliate.

Affiliates are responsible for any:

arising from affiliate commissions unless applicable law requires WLPI to withhold or report an amount.

k. Suspension and Termination

WLPI may suspend or terminate Affiliate Program participation where there is reasonable evidence of:

Pending commissions connected to fraudulent or invalid activity may be cancelled.

Legitimately earned and approved commissions that are unrelated to the violation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Affiliate Program rules.

l. Changes to the Affiliate Program

WLPI may modify the Affiliate Program, including future:

Participation in an event does not transfer intellectual-property ownership to the participant.

12. Photography, Video & Media

Photographs, videos, audio recordings, livestreams, interviews, and other media may be created during WLPI programs and events.

By attending a WLPI event, participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally or directly in such materials.

Subject to applicable law, WLPI may use event media for:

No additional compensation is normally payable for such use.

Participants who do not wish to be intentionally featured in promotional material should notify WLPI in writing before the event or inform the relevant event team where practicable.

Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is legally required for a minor, WLPI may request such authorization.

13. Third-Party Services

WLPI may work with third-party providers including:

Third parties operate independently and may apply their own:

To the extent permitted by law, WLPI is not responsible for independent decisions, failures, interruptions, cancellations, or actions of third-party providers that are outside WLPI's reasonable control.

14. Event Changes, Postponement & Force Majeure

WLPI makes reasonable efforts to deliver programs as advertised.

However, WLPI may make changes where reasonably necessary to:

Changes may occur because of operational, logistical, safety, governmental, regulatory, health, security, or other circumstances.

Force majeure circumstances may include events beyond WLPI's reasonable control such as:

Where an event cannot proceed as planned, the rights and remedies available to participants will be determined according to the applicable Refund Policy, contractual circumstances, and mandatory law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WLPI, Nexus Prime Group LLC, Ufuq Group Kft, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, partners, affiliates, and authorized service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control.

WLPI may update these Terms periodically to reflect:

The latest version will be published on www.wlpi.org together with its effective or last-updated date.
