Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using WLPI.org, submitting an application, making a payment, or participating in any WLPI program, service, or event, you ("User," "Participant," or "Applicant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use WLPI services.

2. About WLPI

"WLPI," "World Leadership and Policy Institute," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Nexus Prime Group LLC, a legally registered company, operating through and under the World Leadership and Policy Institute brand. World Leadership and Policy Institute (WLPI) is a trade name managed by Nexus Prime Group LLC and does not constitute a separate legal entity.

The website https://wlpi.org is owned and managed by Nexus Prime Group LLC – United States (EIN: 33-4659415). All services, programs, transactions, payments, and contractual obligations offered under WLPI are provided and administered by Nexus Prime Group LLC. Any legal rights, liabilities, or obligations arising from the use of WLPI services shall be enforceable against Nexus Prime Group LLC.

3. Eligibility and User Representations

By using WLPI services, you represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained legal guardian consent; all information provided is true, accurate, and complete; you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and you will not use WLPI services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

WLPI reserves the right to verify user information and reject or terminate access without explanation.

4. Scope of Services

WLPI provides services including, but not limited to: application-based leadership programs and global events; fully funded, partially funded, self-funded, and online participation opportunities; official invitation letters for visa support; and educational content, certifications, and networking opportunities.

All services are offered "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of outcomes, results, or benefits.

5. Application, Selection & Admission

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or participation. Selection decisions are based on internal criteria and are final. WLPI may accept, reject, or waitlist applicants at its sole discretion.

WLPI is not obligated to disclose reasons for rejection. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

6. Fees, Payments & Financial Terms

Certain services require payment, including but not limited to application processing, participation fees, and administrative services.

All payments must be completed in full before services are rendered.

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers; WLPI is not responsible for processing failures, delays, or security issues.

6.1 No Chargeback Policy

By making a payment, you agree that you will not initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes. Any disputes must first be addressed directly with WLPI. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent service bans.

7. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to WLPI are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to application fees, participation fees, invitation letter fees, and program or event fees.

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Visa rejection or delays; Personal reasons; Travel restrictions or issues; Failure to attend or participate; Dissatisfaction with services.

8. Official Invitation Letter & Visa Disclaimer

WLPI may issue Official Invitation Letters solely as supporting documents. By requesting or purchasing an invitation letter, you acknowledge that WLPI does not guarantee visa approval, has no control over embassy or consulate decisions, and is not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or related costs.

The invitation letter is an administrative document and does not imply sponsorship. All risks associated with visa applications remain solely with the applicant.

9. Travel, Accommodation & Personal Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining visas and travel documents, booking travel and accommodation (unless explicitly included), personal insurance (health, travel, etc.), and compliance with local laws and regulations.

WLPI shall not be liable for travel disruptions or cancellations, personal injury, illness, or loss, theft, damage, or personal property issues.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and professional behavior, comply with event rules and local laws, and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.

WLPI reserves the right to remove participants without refund for violations.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All WLPI content, including materials, branding, programs, and digital assets, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content, or use WLPI branding without permission.

12. Media & Recording Consent

By participating in WLPI programs, you grant WLPI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to capture photos, videos, and recordings and use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.

No compensation shall be provided for such use.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

WLPI may engage third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, venues, travel partners). WLPI is not responsible for third-party actions, services, or failures, or external websites or platforms.

14. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

WLPI reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, speakers, or formats and to cancel or reschedule events.

In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, political instability, or government restrictions): WLPI shall not be liable for any losses, no refunds will be issued, and events may be moved to virtual format.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: WLPI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. WLPI’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.

Participation in WLPI services is at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WLPI, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of WLPI services, violation of these Terms, or misconduct or negligence.

17. Data Privacy

WLPI collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using WLPI services, you consent to such data collection and usage.

18. Termination of Access

WLPI may suspend or terminate access without notice if Terms are violated, fraud or misconduct is suspected, or false information is provided.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

20. Changes to Terms

WLPI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WLPI services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
